An eclectic mix of Morgans and their Anglemog owners enjoyed a fabulous week in the Scottish Borders. The May weather was extraordinarily kind and we were able to enjoy some superb driving around the Scottish countryside. A total of 10 cars and 20 owners pitched up at the Philipburn Hotel in Selkirk which proved a great base for trips to Jedburgh, Peebles, Kelso and an extensive list of castles, gardens and historic houses. Many members also made a trip into Edinburgh – though public transport rather than Morgans was the preferred mode of transport! After our sunny daytime exploits we all regrouped at the hotel to enjoy three-course evening meals together. It was a great six days and huge thanks must go to our Centre Secretary Sue Miers and her husband Colin for organising such an enjoyable trip.
