Event: Mersea Lions Family Festival.
Where: Waldegraves Holiday Park, Waldegraves Lane, West Mersea, Essex. CO5 8SE.
When: Saturday 22nd. August. 11.00am-4.00pm. Please try to arrive by 10.30 latest.
Cost: There is no charge for exhibitors, but donations to Mersea Lions would be much appreciated, there will be collection buckets around the site.
Last year we had 9 Anglemog cars, plus a locally owned F4, which made quite an entrance!
As well as the car/motorcycle displays, there is a 'fun' dog show, live music, craft stalls, various refreshment 'outlets' (including Mersea Beer!). There will be a shuttle bus provided by Mersea Lions that will run from Waldegraves to the centre of West Mersea if you fancy a look around. Unlike last year this event does not clash with West Mersea Regatta day, & I can confirm that there will be no tide to worry about on the day either!
