You may recall that I have previously suggested arranging an event for those who enjoy pampering their cars and may like to know more about waxes, synthetics, ceramics and carbon coatings along with how modern-day detailers go about their business.

Our programme sponsor, Michael Francis of MAJ Clean & Detail is fresh from the recent Waxstock show, Europe’s largest detailing show where he achieved selection into the coveted top 16 cleanest show cars.   Michael works very closely with KrazyHorse and together they have invited us to visit the showroom, look behind the scenes and attend a demonstration of the magic behind modern detailing techniques.

The Agenda –

• 12 – 12:30 Meet at Krazyhorse.
• (Limited parking available in the Deco House car park on a first-come-first-parked basis, with alternative parking over the road at Empire House).
• 12:30. Michael will welcome all guests and lead a 'tour' of KrazyHorse, including an introduction to the team and a walk-through of some 'behind the curtain' areas ending in the KH café.
• 1:00. Guests will be able to purchase lunch if required and chat with friends.  (Pre-Orders may be required).
• 2:00. Return to Deco House where Michael will demonstrate modern detailing techniques along with live machine polishing processes.  This will be followed by a Q&A session.
• 3:00. Meet Microlino and the new Plus Four.  An opportunity to get up close with the latest additions to the KH stable.

For those interested in continuing discussions over a drink or meal into the early evening, we’ll find an appropriate local hostelry.

Partners who may not be as interested in the cars and their presentation could visit the town of Bury St Edmunds.  It’s a lovely place to meet for coffee, sight-see, visit the Abbey Gardens or the shops and then join up later.
